In the poster, my hair resembles a waterfall, surrounded by flowers and flowing patterns. The waterfall shows how life keeps evolving, and I'm ready to learn and change with it. The butterflies and flowers around my face symbolise transformation and growth, like how flowers bloom and grow, it’s about becoming better with all the life experiences I’ve learnt in the past. Design Progress
I first morphed my face and the waterfall mountain together, to show that my mind thinks like a waterfall. The waterfall shows my courage to move along with life's currents, adapting and learning as I progress.
I then added two waterfalls on the mountain because the waterfall in the mountain wasn't visible enough.
I then illustrated the flowers in Adobe Illustrator to represent symbolise bloom and growth, this element resonates with the title. I also illustrated the background according the flow of the image and flowers to express go with the flow and the gradient and layers shows that everything is connected, like how life's experiences shape us. It's important to go along with life and its changes instead of fighting against them.
Then I created an outline of the flowers place it as an overlay over the coloured flowers to show the flowers adjust and grow within a given framework or set of circumstances.
I then illustrated the butterflies on Adobe Illustrator as it represents transformation and growth which resonates with the title.
Then I added the title "Grow With the Flow" in the poster, the font used in the poster is "Modak". I made the words follow the flow of the image to express the title go with the flow using the type on path tool.
Then I tried to intertwine the vines around the words because I wanted to express the word 'Grow' and resonate with the flowers on the image.

Animation Progress
Then I imported my photoshop layers to Adobe After Effects. I first animate the bottom waterfall using the puppet tool by dragging the each anchor point to make it flow.
I also did the same for for the above waterfall.
Then I used the 3D tool to make the butterfly wings flap. I adjusted the Y rotation angle of the right wing to -52 and 52 for the left wing, and I repeated the process for every 0.5 seconds so it looks like it's flapping. I also did the same for the other two butterflies.
After that I adjusted the X position of the fog near the waterfall, make it move from left to right so that it looks more realistic when the waterfall flows down.
Lastly I adjusted the flower grow from small to large and match with the outline of the flowers by adjusting the scale of the flowers.
